Utilizing more than a dozen modern CNC lathes and machining centers, we are able to manufacture a product which meets the exacting standards our customers require. We have purchased four new CNC lathes since 1999. All four are Mori Seiki.

We also have three Mori Seiki Chuckers which we have operated with for several years. We also operate two Wasino's. Three of our newer machines are equipped with bar feeders. This allows us to machine the part straight from the bar form, saving us time and you money. To eliminate any heat treat distortion, our parts are finish machined on all dimensions in the hardened condition.

Our most recent purchase was a multi-chuck Mori Seiki lathe with live tooling. This machine allows us to take material from the bar form and machine it down, first and second side, to finished parts in one operation, with the potential for milling, drilling, and thread milling. The new machine has been up and running since April 2006, and with our drive to improve on our machining techniques, we have been quickly learning how to use this machine to improve our quality and productivity.
